It also works great in flipping over pork chops, chicken, roasts and ribs on the bbq over a campfire or any where a long reach is helpful. <br>This bbq/campfire cooking tool is essential and is an heirloom to keep in the family. Each one is a handmade individual piece at approximately 18 inches long and approximately 13 ounces. We heat fuse each piece with food grade mineral oil and beeswax. Our Herb Chopper is designed to last a lifetime and become a family heirloom in the kitchen. The blade is 6"length x 3” height. The ergonomic curve is fashioned for chopping without lifting the blade from the cutting board and sharp enough to thinly slice tomatoes. Each Herb Chopper is completely forged, hammered and sharpened by hand, which makes each one unique.
