Our Herb Chopper is designed to last a lifetime and become a family heirloom in the kitchen. The blade is 6"length x 3” height. The ergonomic curve is fashioned for chopping without lifting the blade from the cutting board and sharp enough to thinly slice tomatoes. Each Herb Chopper is completely forged, hammered and sharpened by hand, which makes each one unique. The steel easily takes an occasional honing/sharpening and can be maintained on any good quality sharpening stone. We heat fuse each piece with food grade mineral oil and beeswax. Keep it dry to prevent rust. Approximate weight 8oz
